My treatment room is at my home on 20 Daniell Road, Truro, TR1 2BZ. The room is at the back of the house so is quiet and peaceful.
Free parking is available for my customers anywhere within the TZ11 permit parking area - just let me know your vehicle registration number on arrival and I will sort your parking for you.
My treatment room is on the ground floor but there are steps leading up to the property. If you have any mobility issues, please get in touch to discuss your needs before your appointment.

Due to Covid, I am not applying my usual cancellation policy but would ask that you let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your appointment - preferably with at least 24 hours notice
Please aim to arrive at your appointment at your appointment time.
Appointments are timed to give me time to clean and air the treatment room between customers to adhere to Covid requirements so please do not arrive early.
If you arrive late for your appointment, there is no guarantee that I will be able to give you additional time but you will still be charged the full amount for your treatment. Missed time is added on at my discretion depending on other bookings.
Please wear clothes you feel comfortable in. There is no particular need to wear sportswear for your appointment unless we are assessing a particular injury - but I will advise you of this if this is the case.
You will be covered with towels during your massage and I will leave the room to allow you some privacy while changing.
I am following the Covid 19 guidelines as supplied by the Institute for Sport and Remedial Massage and do my best to ensure that I follow correct procedures surrounding cleaning and ventilation.
I will wear a mask during my appointments and while you are free to choose whether you wear a mask, I would encourage you to wear one unless exempt.
Please cancel your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of Covid 19 (or if you or anyone in your household test positive for Covid). I am not currently operating my cancellation policy due to Covid 19 and will be pleased to reschedule your appointment if you need to cancel at short notice.
