 Sports massage, deep tissue massage, soft tissue therapy - I could describe what I do in a number of different ways however it all comes down to giving you the very best treatment possible to leave you feeling as wonderful as possible afterwards!

Appointments are 30, 45 or 60 minutes long

I would usually recommend 60 minutes for your first appointment as this gives us time to discuss your needs and your hopes for your treatment.  This also means I have time to carry out any assessments while also giving you enough time for the hands-on treatment.

If you're not sure how long you need, please get in touch and I can discuss this with you. 

Please note appointment times include dressing/undressing time at the start and end of your treatment.

Pricing:

60 minutes: £50

45 minutes £40

30 minutes £30
